The first step is to review your referral: we only accept referrals we’re confident we can provide exceptional support for.

Step Two:

We’ll meet you to get to know you personally. During this meeting, we’ll understand the specific support you'll need. We encourage you to welcome your friends and family to contribute to the design of your support process.

Step Three:

You’ll meet your potential support workers and then, with the help of our team, choose the person you feel is the best fit for your support journey.

Step Four:

Once the support worker has been chosen, they’ll collaborate with our Coordinators to facilitate a personalised support experience for you.
